Water is always warm in the Caribbean.
Sometimes The Bahamas can be cooler water but not islands south of Nassau.

Deeper unheated pools are cold, ocean temps are still nice. We'll be there for a week next week for our first visit in Jan and everyone I've talked to that goes regularly in Jan loves it. Not too hot (78 - 85) and little rain.

I hope the water isn't that warm in Jan. Actually the average water temp is 83 summer and 79 winter so not much variation as stated. Current air temps are 78 - 82 during the day and 72 - 74 evenings so very comfortable

we were there a couple of weeks ago and the water is NOT Warm. It was a nice hot day so the cooler water was very refreshing. Once in we got used to it fairly quickly..
We were at Magens Bay |
