Voyager Class-Deck 3 Oceanview

Im looking at a last minute cruise on Adventure of the Seas. Availability on deck 3-there is a small row of cabins tucked behind the tv studio and restrooms. Cabins on the deck below and the aquarium bar above-it never looked that busy late in the evenings on other cruise I've been. Should be a quiet location?

Anyone with info on oceanview cabins on decks 3 or 2?

Our 6th cruise-usually do a balcony for a 7 night, but the last 2 cruises we seldom used our balcony due to smoking on the balconies of fellow passengers. Would rather spend $$ on excursions.
