Default travel transfer

Does anyone know how much travel transfers cost from the airport to hotel, and from the pier to the airport?

Thank you.

We will be flying into Barcelona and need to know approximately how much it costs to travel from the airport to the hotel, and from the pier in Barcelona back to the airport?

Thank you.

OK, Barcelona. What hotel? Sorry, crystal ball is not working right now.

Take a taxi. For exact costs, best to research on the Spain board, here:

http://boards.cruisecritic.com/forumdisplay.php?f=596

Arranging your own transport will be cheaper and more convinient 90+ percent of the time. Only a few rare locations are cruise line transfers a better deal.

Sorry...Not quite specific enough..but a rough ballpark range would be approx 25-35 Euros.

Thank you for the info. about the travel transfers. That helps. I thought it would be better to take a taxi.

Just a caution...the taxis charge for bags transported, so if you allow them to put your carryon bags into the trunk with the larger bags, they may charge you as much as 15 euros each. Keep them on your lap. EM

Yes, we learned this the hard way when our cabbie kept adding charge after charge on the meter! Next time we go, we will definitely put our carry-ons and camera bag in our laps instead of tossing them into the trunk..
