Has anyone had any correspondence with Bob in the last 2 weeks? I have sent 3 e-mails in the past 2 weeks to which I have received no response. In the past he was always very prompt. I'm wondering if there's an e-mail glitch on my end.

Sadly, I had a similar situation last year and it made me a little uneasy and worried about my booking this July. What would happen if I needed to get hold of him and couldn't!!
In the end I cancelled and went elsewhere. I have heard good things about Bob, so maybe it's a case of us both having been unlucky. Laura |

In the end I went for RomaShuttle, but I also had quotes from DriverInRome who were equally quick to respond and just as helpful.

We've booked with Romecabs for a transfer from the airport to Civitavecchia next Friday June 3, then a transfer and 5-hour tour of several sites in Rome on the return. I can't yet vouch for their quality yet, but I will post a review when we return home. They are very reasonably priced.

Laura - How did you cancel if he didn't reply to your e-mail? I'm trying to get in touch with him to transfer our booking to our friends name (we had to cancel our trip). If he won't confirm the transfer of the reservation we would just as soon cancel and they can arrange airport transfers with another company.
