Seeking Advice! :)

I going on The Rock Boat cruise to Progresso, Mexico and will be in port for one full day - the first of October this year. I am looking for advice on what to do and/or where to go?

My partner and I are hopeless romantics and I would love to surprise him with something special. We both love to do just about anything and aren't afraid of a little adventure.

Any advice?
