Amber Cove on the Conquest

Is the Amber Cove port difficult to dock at in bad weather? My friends just returned on a RCCL cruise and the weather was so bad they missed two ports. I was just wondering what the port is like.

Thank you!

Whether or not the ship can dock safely at any port, be it Amber Cove or any other, is the Captain's call. The safety of the passengers and crew always comes first. Missing a port due to bad weather can and does happen, and is obviously disappointing. The time of year you cruise does make a difference. Quite honestly, if you miss Amber Cove, it's no big deal. There are other ports I'd be more disappointed about missing. However, I hope you have perfect weather and a great cruise.
