Koningsdam - forward verandah cabins

I have always thought the aft cabins would be less windy and you would feel less movement than the forward cabins. However, on the K'DAM the aft cabins I am looking at don't accomodate a 3rd passenger and I may have that need in my group. So looking at the forward cabins there are a few that do. Any thoughts on the differences between the VC/VD aft and forward cabins?????

Just off the Koningsdam. Our original cabin was 10009 on the 10th deck. It was super rocky and noisy not from neighbors but creaked and banged at night. We were able to move to a midship cabin on the 5th deck and it made for a smooth cruise. I would recommend not going to high and not completely forward. In the aft cabins I can feel some vibrations. So, as close to midship as possible.
