Formal nights on Transatlantic EX Southampton

Hi - does anyone have experience of which nights are formal on a TA leaving from Southampton? Our Itinerary is as follows:

1 - southampton

2 - sea day day day

3 - sea day

4 - sea day

5 - Madeira

6 - sea day

7 - sea day

8 - sea day

9 - sea day

10 - sea day

11 - St Maarten

12 - Dominica

13 - St Lucia

14 - Grenada

15 - Barbados

16 - Disembark from Barbados

I'm afraid it is totally up to the ship as to which nights they designate formal. One will almost certainly be the second or third night leaving Southampton.

We did the transatlantic last October/November on Britannia. Our first formal night was on the first sea day. We called at the Azores after three sea days then had a formal night the day after the Azores. The next one was black and white night two nights later and the final formal was the night before our first Caribbean island port. So all the formal nights were done before the Caribbean. It was a wonderful cruise and we love the Caribbean but the weather could have been better! We had two very rough sea days before reaching the Azores but after that the sea was fine.
