Reviews of various tour operators in Belize

Hi,

My friend and I are cruising to Belize in February 2006 and we wanted to see if anyone has used some of the tour operators in Belize for snorkeling and what they thought of them.

I am currently looking at "Coral Breeze Limited". Are there any other that you would recommend or is this the best one? If so, which snorkel trip did you like the shark/ray or the Manatee.

We are going to do the ray one in Grand Cayman.

Any thoughts, please let me know.
