can I add an air deviation later on?

I had originally bookeddour June 26 Insignia cruise without air as I got FF tickets from Delta to fly on Virgin to Heathrow. Because I'm concerned Delta could be out of business by June and I would not have plane tickets to London I had the "free air" added back on. I have until final payment is due in March to decide if I'm actually going to buy the cruise air or not. If I do, then I will need a deviation to come in a few days earlier to visit a sister who lives there. Will I be able to request different days and specific flights later on?
