well, i am up 2 lbs this week - but i had really expected to be up more than that since when i have a cold i eat more and can't really exercise, so i'll take it as a good sign that it is only 2lbs. i should post a definite loss next week, now that i am headed back to the gym...thank goodness that pesky cold is gone!

Belle, so good to hear from you, hope your having a great vacation.
I'm up .5 lbs. but I'll take it. After going out to eat 4 times this week, DH's 50th b'day I'm just glad it's not more and it's TOM. Congrats to the losers and stay the samers and us gainers will be down next week.  Debbie

It's been 2 weeks since I weighed in and dealing with surgery and health related stress, but I have lost 8 pounds! I know one thing the future holds, a slimmer me!!!

I gained three pounds this week.
 Time to change directions.Pugsbest - hang in there with the health concerns, you will win! A healthier you can fight better anyway.

A 2 lb loss this week. I am so happy since I was worried that last week's windfall would throw this week off, plus it being TOM. This puts me down 14.5 and a pant size since 1/1/06. I stuck to my guns and tasted success. Success really does taste better than chocolate.
 Great job to everyone.
