doctor said i could go but no hiking or riding horses etc at port. I guess we will shop and visit Carlos and Charlies. With the elevators and not using the stairs i will be okay. Any tips???
We will be on the splendour of the Sea. I asked this on the RCCL posting board

sorry to hear about your broken toe! not sure what sort of tips you're looking for.

I did my first cruise with a broken right 5th toe in Nov 05. I still had a blast. Only drawback was that I couldn't snorkel in Cozumel, but I had fun anyway.
Are you buddy-taping your toe? Be sure to bring LOTS of spare waterproof bandaging tape, because that was hard to find on my cruise ship. The clinic just had bandaids, and they don't work as well. Just follow the dr's orders, do what you are comfortable with, and enjoy! Oh, and bring some pain medication in case you overdo it. |
