Default Dining choice

I am going on the Radiance of the seas Feb.3 and have a question. If I do not want to eat in the restaurant where my assigned table is some night, what other options do I have besides the buffet in the Windjammer or the specialty restaraunts where you pay extra?

Seaview cafe I believe is the only other option than those you mentioned.
