White Nights River Cruise and Concert
Has anyone been on this excursion?

No, but....
Have not been on the one you mentioned.
However, we did highly enjoy a night river dinner cruise with entertainment with Red October last May when we were in St. Petersburg. Just on the basis of the river cruise alone I would recommend it as the river cruise portion of the event was well worth it. Views from the river were great. An unforgetable experience in itself.
