Default Internet Cafes or Libraries?

Does anyone konw of any locations of internet cafes/libraries (I mention libraries as I work for a library is the US which offers free internet... for any/some of the following locations:

Copenhagen, Oslo, Kristiansand, Berger, Torshavn, Isafjord or Reykjavik Iceland, Qaqortoq, St Anthony or St John NF?

There is a tourist office along the street,they will allow u to use the internet free,up to 20 mins

This site lists free wifi spots all over the world...assuming you're carrying a laptop. I cannot vouch for its accuracy, but I saved it for future use.

Check out Rick Steve's book. We went to one in Copenhagen that was free. It is on a side street not too far from Tivoli.
