I was reading a shore excursion description for a trip to the Hot Springs and it said a DARK bathing suit is recommended... any idea why it should be dark? I'm just curious.

Just a thought but in St Lucia it was very wet and muddy and not sure if that is a concern at all. You were also around alot of "sulphur" and possibility of it staining light colored suits????
