Default Tours in Malta

Does anyone have experience with any local tour operaters in Malta. We are looking at taking a more private, tailored tour instead of the one the ship offers.

based on reviews here on the board, I have booked with www.touringmalta.com

They have a very nice full day tour that takes you to the Medina, fishing village, old ruins and some time in Valletta - I believe it's their "classic" tour.

We have decided to do Malta on our own. We have made reservations at Hypogeum. A subterranean structure excavated c. 2500 B.C., using cyclopean rigging to lift huge blocks of coralline limestone. ...

It is a World Heritage site. In order to preserve this structure only 80 people per day are allowed to enter and that is in groups of 10. It is necessary to make reservations well in advance. As been explained to me don't just show up and try to get to go in.

It is a short ride via taxi or about 30 to 40 minutes via bus. The tour is an hour.

Here are a couple of links for you to check to see if this place.
