Chia seeds
I just read about the health benefits of chia seeds this morning and was wondering if anyone else is taking these seeds. If so, have you noticed any differences? Apparently taking these seeds are a great boost to endurance during exercise and help in weight loss, in addition to a whole host of other healthful benefits. I've gotten really excited about wanting to start taking them, but wanted to see if anyone here has experience with them and would recommend them. Also, are they available in grocery stores on the vitamin aisle?
