I just booked a Heatwave Lunch cruise. Gave them my credit info over the phone but they don't give conformation numbers. Is that normal? How will they know to pick us up? Has anyone had the same experience? Did everything turn out ok?? Thanks in advance for you help!

Hi,
I booked the lunch cruise about a month ago & also rang & gave them my c/card info. They emailed me immediately saying my booking was now confirmed but it didn't have a number or anything and my c/card has not been charged the 50% deposit. Did they send you an email confirming the booking? |

No I never got an email. When I checked this morning there wasn't a debit either. I read a previous email they sent saying they would send and email of the detail (when and where to meet) but I haven't got that either.
