Can someone please tell me which nights are formal on the Orchestra?

Formal nights
2nd night of cruise and next to last night with one informal listed as jacket and tie for guys and cocktail dress for women Don't worry about what to wear nobody is booted for not wearing proper outfit just get looks from other passengers staff doesn't care unless its swimsuits and bare feet
