Once again, your cruise voice is loud and clear! Here are your choices for the best experiences at sea:
Don't pay them anymore money, if already booked thru them.
Tried contacting them by email/phone no answer (2 weeks now). Today I did a web search for "enjoy peru problems" and found several posting from travellers with unpaid or cancelled hotel reservations that were asummed to be prepaid. Seems if you made domestic flights with them you are ok as they had to pay in full in order to confirm reservations. I paid 50% of the land/tour portion so that is lost but my air reservations Lima-cusco are ok. I am now in the process of calling each hotel directly, and having to secure the room with credit card. Called credit card company and they will reimburse if i can get a bankruptcy number. Hope this helps anyone out there.
