Has anybody used the door sign and if you used it did you get any perks?

There is an official door sign stating you are a member of Cruise Critic and on other lines you are given perks such as a bottle of wine etc.

I think there a few different signs posted on the boards but here is the one I have a link. Our group suggested printing them out on the printable magnet sheets.

I put a sign on my door, and asked for people to sign it. I got signatures from all over the world, so that was cool. AS far as perks, I didn't notice anything different from my non-member friend across the hall. I did mention I was a member to the Station captain Felipe at dinner, and he knew exactly what it was. He gave everybody a lot of attention around us, so not sure if it made a difference. He was super friendly.

Were the doors steel?? I thought I read that they weren't steel, so our magnet door sign won't stick Will I need some funtack to stick it on the door?
