Hi,
There are only 4 cruise excursions listed on the RCI website for St. Barts. So, this will most likely become a beach day, as I've read that anything and everything else in St. Barts is just insanely expensive. So, I'm thinking of maybe a beach hopping day (we will be there for about 12 hours): 1. What are the best 2-3 or so beaches on the island? 2. Are there vendors/restaurants located near all of the beaches; we'll be there all day apparently and will need to eat. Will we need to take out a loan to eat ?.3. I heard that taxis are expensive, and driving is for the adrenaline addicts . What do you guys recommend?4. Anything else to recommend, or are the beaches *that* beautiful, where my beach hopping day sounds like pretty good idea? |

Don't miss Grand Saline. It is a fabulous beach and relatively uncrowded. I suggest you rent a car for the day if you want the flexibility to tour the island.
