Do you know if you have to have dinner day 1 or day 2 - I was looking at the menus and would much prefer to use the package later in the week. I know they give you either day 21 or 2 but can you switch once you get onboard or do you have to have one of those nights.

what is the earliest check in time for 10/15, I registered on the first day it was open and got 12 PM - which is the latest we ever got. We are diamond but I'm not sure it that matters?

Normally i would say the Alchemy has the best old fashions however The Brass Magnolia was our favorite on this ship. I usually have it with Buffalo Trace though.
