I'm doing a New England/Canada cruise on the Summit in the Fall, and the ship is currently completely booked. No available cabins.

I see that one of the excursions offered on our Fall 2023 Cruise that includes an overnight in Quebec City is a stop in a place called the Sugar Shack. Is it a tour worth taking? It supposedly includes a meal and entertainment. Thank you.

We're going on the Summit in September. I have heard some slightly disturbing news from a video I saw on YouTube. And then I had it confirmed by my Celebrity PCC. Beginning in January (so it's policy now) ALL orders (except continental breakfast) made for Room Service will be subject to a $10.99 SERVICE CHARGE per order. This supposedly is FLEET WIDE. My wife and I don't order a lot of room service when we cruise, but it was a nice option to have. This SUXXXXXX....... It's not a deal breaker by any means but it makes me wonder how many OTHER ways they're going to dream up to "nickle-and -dime" us???

I'll try to be brief as possible. Back in July of 2022 my wife's sister and brother-in-lay took a cruise on the Joy. As a present to them we ordered through their gift department a "Captain's Choice Wine Package" to be in their cabin upon departure. Weeks later in casual conversation we found out that they never received the package. Ever since then I have been in contact with several different departments concerning a refund and have been getting a Norwegian "run-around" with nobody seeming to know or care about what to do to get our refund. Perhaps I have been contacting the wrong people, I don't know. In any event, could anyone possibly know someone we could email or call to possibly get results? I know $50 doesn't seem like much, but my wife and I are on fixed incomes and sure could use the money. Thank you!!!

My wife and I will be on the Summit in September this year to Canada/New England. Also, first time on Celebrity. We have started to look at shore excursions and find that, specifically for Bar Harbor, there are only 7 excursions listed, and FIVE of them are already sold out!!! Is that normal for Celebrity? And will more be possibly added closer to the sailing date? Any suggestions on using a site like Viator, or Tours By Locals? Thank You!!!

From what I understand, specifically for September and October of 2023, Bar Harbor will be limiting the number of daily cruise passengers on shore to 3,800. This MAY be a problem for the day my cruise visits because there ae there currently TWO ships scheduled to dock that day, and the capacity for the two ships exceeds capacity by about 450-500 passengers. I contacted my PCC about this, and he said he was aware of it, and would keep me in the loop on what is decided. Guess I just have to wait it out and hope they can work it out.
