  1. Got the same email here in Australia early this morning, but our reservations in MDR for cruises post Sept still listed, not cancelled yet.
  2. We just got off our first Plus cruise, - our first cruise post Covid. We really enjoyed the experience, it was a real treat to try a new drink whenever you wanted! Normally we are very careful with our pennies so it is a real luxury to not have to worry about whether I can justify the expense of another drink when on holiday. Plus all the way!
  3. Loved Ocean Terrace on recently cruised Royal so will be fun to try this one. But I bet it is busy as only casual dining on the ship!
  4. Yes, we have been able to do bookings for a years time as Platinum, of course that is going to be cancelled in next couple of days as they roll out the new dining regime
  5. Am I right in thinking Kai Sushi is now casual rather than speciality? Is it the only casual dining the ship offers? Alfredos? Vines? And I can't see International Cafe on deck plans! I know the ship is aimed at the Asian market but it seems like they lost a lot of the favourites!
  6. We have a booking for late Sept with reserved MDR, they are not showing yet as cancelled.
  7. Just another reason to be paranoid and check app folio regularly- imagine having to sort this out after cruise (especially considering we haven't got our final folio email yet)

I just remembered an incident onboard on recent cruise- we noticed in folio in app that we were charged with amount to Lotus Spa - we took it to customer service who directed us to the Spa and they checked record - someone else (name seen, not us) had given our cabin number. It was no problem to get it reversed but how could it happen anyway, aren't they supposed to bill it via the medallion which would obviously not bring up our details? I would hate to think someone could buy something onboard by just giving a cabin number with no checks.
  9. Pretty damn bad, I agree. I wasn't cross before, but I am now, and I am just about to fill in my post cruise survey!
  10. Apparently it was a huge deal me asking for a statement as I have just got an email giving me a case number and saying it might be 10 days for a response. All I wanted was an end of cruise financial statement, which should have come regardless!
  11. Yep. And I took several screen shots of folio on app during cruise but of course can't access that now.
  12. OBC was not refundable. I did online chat and person is sending request to post-cruise dept to action.
  13. I'm still waiting for my email with account 3 days after cruise
