We booked an 11 day Alaska Cruisetour after the final payment date (great rate!). I filed with Stockperks and got a confirmation the next day that our shareholder credit had been applied. But the credit was only for $50. The ship portion of the Cruisetour is less than 7 days, but our entire tour is 11 days. Should we have received credit for the land portion?

You do have to have the cup to use the Freestyle machine. I presume it reads a chip in the bottom of the cup? The cups are insulated so your ice lasts longer, which is nice. I agree they’re a pain to lug about sometimes. But on our Rotterdam cruise March 2023 the Freestyle machine only worked with Diet Coke for a few hours of the 10 days we were onboard. We were sailing with friends who usually sail Royal Caribbean (their first HAL cruise) and they said the newer RC ships -known as “Apartment Buildings of the Seas” by some folks- have multiple Freestyle machines and almost always worked.

We’re taking our first Alaska CruiseTour in June. Do the land tour days count for Mariner status, or is it just the days onboard? Thanks!

On our Rotterdam 10 day cruise in March 2023 the Freestyle machine was there but it only fully worked a couple days. The rest of the time it only dispensed ice or a few other products (not Diet Coke) like Poweraid.
