Thanks. I have called several times trying to get an answer from them and every time get a different answer. Have gotten some “yes we have a shuttle” and some “no we don’t have a shuttle from there” so I was trying to see if anyone here actually knows the right answer. We just may have to go with your suggestion to drop people off at the port and hope there is a shuttle back for whoever drops off the car or they will just have to take an Uber🤷‍♀️

Has anyone dropped off an Avis (or any other company) rental car at the Port of Miami? Was it easy to do or was it a pain? There are 12 of us. We are arriving the day before at Fort Lauderdale airport and renting a car. We had planned to drop the car off back at the airport and take a shuttle to the port but I see there is a drop off at the port. It is a short shuttle ride to the ships, would definitely be cheaper to do it this way but with a lot of us-all different ages, just making sure this is doable. Thanks.

No worries-we know we will need to get a shuttle to POM Sunday AM, there will be 12 of us. I will check into Ramada. Trying to stay a bit cheaper than Riverside if we can although I have heard great things about it. Keep em coming… Thanks to all.

Looking for a not REAL expensive hotel near Fort Lauderdale airport with a shuttle from the airport, just staying 1 night pre-cruise. Cruise is leaving from Miami so proximity to port Everglades is not important. We will take a shuttle to POM the next AM. Breakfast would be nice since we won’t have a car. Thank you

We have 12 people who will need a shuttle from Fort Lauderdale airport to a hotel in Miami. Will be flying in the day before our cruise leaves but we fly to Fort Lauderdale and cruise out of Miami. We did this many years ago but don’t remember who we used. Thanks for any info you may have for us.

Looking at the Mardi Gras in January. Wondering if both Grand Turk and Amber Cove are mostly beach days or are there other things to do at these ports such as shopping or excursions etc? Thanks👍

My family will be cruising next January. Ages ranging from 20's to 80's and everything in between. We want to do 7 day Caribbean leaving from Florida so it looks like our choices are Mardi Gras, Elation, Spirit and the newest ship that's not even out yet-Celebration. Anyone have goods/bad reviews about any of these ships, why would they be good/bad for a large family cruise. We have all sailed before but it has been a few years for most of us. Thanks.
