I was recently on the Norwegian Pearl for a chartered cruise and had an amazing carrot cake in the main dinning room. It was simple yet light and yummy. I was looking for the recipe online and cannot find anything of the sort. Does anyone know where I can find it? Thanks so much in advance! Micky
