We were in Aarhus, Denmark today and it was a wonderful place to visit. We went on a ship excursion to Den Gamle By, which is a very cool museum that contains buildings from the last 700-800 years. It was fascinating to walk around and explore. The cobblestones are pretty tough to walk on though.
Maybe, but we spoke with our stewards and they didn't know. In the big scheme of things, it's minor, but needed to vent.
Meanwhile, Stockholm is stunning this morning. 😍
Well, I am very upset this morning. Someone stole my cute little sign I had hung up outside our cabin. 😡 It was something I put there to help my mom find our cabin. Who steals a sign?
Yes, we did a tour called 'Helsinki by land and sea'. There were 4 busses for this tour. It was raining here at the pier, but stopped by the time we boarded the ferry type boat for the 90 minute ride around the bay. Saw a bunch of neat buildings on these small islands. Upon docking we had 30 minutes to explore the market and then it was back in the bus to continue the tour. We stopped a couple of times for short times. It was very well done.
We did the HOHO in Copenhagen yesterday too. We walked out to one parked on the street and were able to use our cc.
I heard at dinner that the shuttle to the metro was a bad experience. There were many stairs to climb and only one kiosk to purchase tickets.

We were on the Eurodam at the end of June and loved it! Sorry this poster had such a bad experience, but it certainly was a lot different than our 7 day Alaska cruise.
