Cool Cruiser

Cool Cruiser (2/15)

  1. Used to be seen occasionally in the windjammer. Those days are long gone, so you’d go to Izumi!
  2. I don’t have the menu but on it a few weeks ago there was plenty of options on draft.
  3. Red Cross has their donor card that can be on your iPhone in your apple wallet. Easy to scan when you donate or if needed like this event I guess!
  4. I don’t have an answer for you, I’d guess it hasn’t changed. I was just going to add we were also on Serenade in 2019 and my kids had the same experience, pushing themselves down the slide, not enough water! They were 7 and 5 at the time!
  5. Never done beach club for lunch, but, how many ships are in port might impact availability. Pretty sure Wonder is the only ship at Coco Cay that day week of 10/15.
  6. Thanks for the report. I've done the Avis drop of with my family of four at Port Canaveral but it's been years. Doing it again in a couple months, appreciate the experience report!
  7. Just got back from our cruise last week, including our tour with Joey. It was great, Joey was awesome and informative. Our tour was similar to the one above, but we only did one beach stop, but went did a cave tour that was very informative. Really recommend Gone Caribe for their great communication and great tour. We paid for for the tour at the end.
  8. Just off Explorer. We asked for it at Diamond lounge and was pointed to the QR code to scan. Our room steward did put paper version in our room Days 2-8 after we asked. We did also scan the QR code daily and will probably just do that in the future. Only issue to get over is we do like looking at it the night before the day ahead. I found one time scanning the QR code in the evening bright me to both the current and next day cruise compass to view.
  9. Since our kids started cruising we’ve only done the early traditional dining. Our kids are a little older now (10/8), but when they were 5 and 7 they’d just eat with us and we’d finish our meal and do our evening activities that sometimes included AO for the kids. Dining in the MDR has gotten shorter than it used to be. You’ll have to judge if your kids have the patience . Our kids have enjoyed the MDR and talking as a family or the nights the waiters sing and it’s not that long. I think a parent bringing them to AO early and returning would be a possibility if needed. don’t worry about clothes, you’ll be fine. Our kids have usually dressed a little nicer than a shirt but there are no strict requirements.
