Really enjoyed your reviews/blog on your extended cruise (not jealous AT ALL). We're joining Edge in Seattle this May. Any idea who the Captain and Cruise Director will be? I've heard they're both leaving when the ship repositions to the West Coast of America.

Yeah, Millennium-Class ships have only two gas-turbine electric generators - so less to fallback on than most ships which will have four or more engines. She also has a diesel-electric generator for use in port when using the big gas-turbine generators make less economical sense.

Hello folks, I was wondering if anyone's on Norwegian Epic at the moment, and is able to answer a couple of questions for me! We're sailing on 17th April 2022, the week long round-trip from Barcelona, for our onboard wedding with 27 guests (pray for my sanity). Is 'Priscilla Queen of The Desert' back on in the theatre? I know it was put on hold for a while, and NCL promised it would be back "soon". Is the whole of the Thermal Spa now open? When cruises first started up I know that some things like steam rooms were off-limits, but having recently sailed on Princess they had all theirs open again. Is the Epic currently sailing at 100% capacity? I asked NCL but they wouldn't say what capacity they were selling their April cruises at. Are there social distancing measures onboard (marked off seating, floor markers, full service buffet etc) or are we back to hoping people to behave responsibly? Anything else I should know? (we've previously sailed Epic in 2018). Thanks in advance for any insights. I really appreciate it. A stressed groom.
