How far before sail date does VV mail out doc, luggage tags, and wrist bands ? was told today by sailor services that we'd get it all at port check-in. ??? what size are VV luggage tags,? large like Princess, or small like Celebrity ? TIA, Mike in CT

UPDATE on the update, an hour later I looked at my booking and my 2 original reservations had disappeared !! Called sailor services again and this time was told that since we're on a New Years Eve cruise they wouldn't allow multiple reservations at the same venue, SOLUTION : since we're sailing with friends we linked our bookings, then we each made 2 reservations for four on different nights. It worked.

Update, just called sailor services, in only 10 minutes I was able to book 2nd nights at each of 2 restaurants that the app wouldn't let me book.

we've got a 6 night Scarlett booked at the end of December, dining reservations opened today. i could not book a 2nd night for any restaurant. i called sailor services and was told that even on a 6 night sail we couldn't book a repeat. have others had the same problem ? thanx, Mike in CT

Thinking of booking first Virgin cruise. Just had knee replacement, is Scarlett Lady easy to get around with a walker ? might even consider renting a 3wheel scooter for occasional use onboard. Thanx.
