Nice itinerary. Very similar to our Canary Islands cruises from Southampton on P&O although we tend to port in Lisbon and Cadiz rather than Gibraltar and A Corunna. I hope you have a wonderful cruise.

Wow nice to see a busy thread this morning. I was awake around 7am but was watching the news on TV. It is 8°C with dark skies but apparently no rain forecast 🤔. I hope everyone is feeling well and we all have a nice day.

Yes no problem. A few times as part of a negotiated deal my TA would pre-pay the tips for me but it is wrong if you were told You had to Pre-Pay tips for MTD. We tend to eat a lot in the speciality restaurants these days. If you go to the MTD restaurant early and speak to the restaurant manager they will pre-book a time for you because sometimes there were long Queues for people who just turned up.

Sorry about the name mistake 😔 For years we had to Pre-Pay gratuities to go into My Time Restaurant when booking in the UK but that stopped several years ago so you were misinformed when booking. We were on Anthem twice last year as well as Oasis and tips were automatically deducted daily from our onboard account. The service is usually excellent though so I don't think you need worry. You might treat yourselves to Wonderland restaurant or Chops grill while on board. I'm sure you will love Anthem. Pauline loved the dodgem cars. North Star is bookable and best to do this as soon as you can.

I'm happy to hear you have the okay to go on your cruise. Hopefully your foot doesn't cause you any more problems and you have a wonderful cruise on Volendam.
