The only time it is not good, is if the listing says "Cruise Only". Drinks, tips, and wifi, all included is not a promotion, it is standard.

I Don't want to start an argument, but none of the workers in the shops are Celebrity employees. -
But your FCC no longer expires As of June 1, 2022, the portion of the FCC value that represents 100% of the cruise fare paid on your original reservation will no longer expire. The incremental 25% bonus value that was provided will expire on the original expiration date or on 12/31/22, whichever is later.
