I've never tried to get a refund for something after the fact, but 6 weeks ago we had to bail on our paid-for ground transfer out of Miami because the bus to Ft Lauderdale was a minimum of 45 minutes behind, so we took a cab. I thought this would be something super easy to deal with, but it's been virtually impossible. I was told over 2 weeks ago they'd be crediting my card, only to have nothing happen. Getting frustrated with the "please be patient" messages I'm getting if I message them on Twitter (only way I've been able to talk to someone consistently). I know it's minor compared to the cruise refunds people are having issues getting, but any tips on getting stuff refunded after the cruise?
