  1. Strongly recommend a phone call rather than just an email. Every time I've called the concierge has mentioned options I didn't know about. They are prompt in answering the phone, never had to wait on hold more than a couple of minutes.
  2. You should try this one: Friend of CHIEFMATEJRK chiefmatejrk
  3. Post number three has pictures of the breakfast buffet.
  4. Cost cutting is a good thing. What evidence do you have that dropping ports results in more profit. If they drop a port, they also forego the revenue from shore excurtions.
  5. I didn't see anything in that link that supports your claim that NCL avoids notifying passengers of itinerary changes to lower costs.
  6. Have you tried fixing your hashbrowns in an air fryer? About 14 minutes at 395. Turn half way through.
  7. Please explan how "NCL's current operating model" contributes to increased profitability.
  8. Potatoes O'Brien is a dish of pan-fried potatoes along with red and green bell peppers and onion. The potatoes and the bell peppers are fried (varying according to taste) and are served hot. The origin of the dish is disputed. The dish has been claimed to originate in the early 1900s from a Boston restaurant known as Jerome's and from a Manhattan restaurant known as Jack's during the same time period. You can get these at Walmart in the frozen section next to the hashbrowns. Personally, I can stand green bell peppers so it's a very hard no-go for me.
  9. You can purchase FAS+ without the FAS package. It's only $138 PPPD. Or, you can upgrade the FAS package to FAS+ for only $29PPPD. https://www.ncl.com/onboard-packages/beverage-packages
  10. I once called the concierge to change dining to date that was 'sold out'. The concierge said they couldn't do that but they would forward the request to the on-board concierge. They said they couldn't promise but past experience indicated that about 90 percent of the time, the change would happen. It did.
  11. I usually call about 30 days out but 45 is all right too. BTW, they can make your specialty dining reservations so the day dining opens up would be good too.
  12. We have never experience wind issues in the aft haven suites. I would suggest calling the pre-cruise concierge rather than emailing. There are many more things to discuss than the liquor. I've found them to be most helpful. They are wonderful to talk with and will offer many more suggestions.
