When we did our first medallion cruise in 2017 the wrist bands was part of the free package with everything else you got with the medallions and we have still been using them on every other cruise we've been on and they are still working great.

Maybe ask in the special interest cruising/ disabled cruise travel?

I get so tired of these big companies pulling crap on us, I go straight to the top anymore. I know Ms. Swartz is no longer CEO of princess but she seems to still have enough pull to get things done when I email her.

10:30 to 11:00 depending on how fast they clear the ship. They always say cabins won't be open till around 1 though. I have gone to my cabin a bunch of times before 1 just to put my carry on in and had no problems.

Last cruise we did was a B2B with no packages. Got the cabin which was an accessible balcony cabin for the price of an interior cabin. We also cruise usually only every other year so it's not like we cruise a whole bunch. But this CVP was assigned to us by Jan Swartz so he really seems to take care of us.

It is showing that you have future OBC for when you book your next cruise, and it depends on the length of the cruise as to how much you'll get. the expiration date really doesn't mean a whole lot as they was going to try to make a lot of changes by making it so you couldn't have it along with SH OBC, they also changed it from refundable to non refundable. But the main thing is in the circle savings to show you will get at least that amount on each future cruise you take until they decide to take it away from us.

That is the one I will have to try to rent for our DS for our next cruise. Really don't want to try to fit two regular scooters in the cabin.

Not so much fitting through the door as fitting in the cabin, that's why you see a lot of them stting in the hallways.

Did you not receive military on your last cruise? How long was the last cruise and did you not get the right amount of OBC for the length of that cruise?

(Knocking on wood real hard) never been contacted by any of them yet. (I know I just jinxed myself) I did get a call last week from my CVP, just calling to see if I was OK and if I had any questions. Last CVP I had never called even after I called to try to schedule a cruise 🤣

My DW's scooter is just under 22". Last cruise we did get an accessible balcony cabin. There was enough room in it that we could turn it around in the room with no problem and was never in our way.

The $50 in the circle savings will always show up there as a veteran. Once you book a cruise depending upon the length you will receive an amount ranging from $50-$150. The Circle savings amount stays there. if you received the proper amount of military OBC for the length of your cruise (ie. $50 for under 7 day cruise, $100 for 7-13 days or $250 for 14 0r above) you got the military OBC for your cruise. From what I read there are 3 dining rooms. Deck 6 is traditional, Deck 7 is DMW and it says Deck 8 is for american style casual dining.

If you use a CVP, they should have been able to get you an accessible cabin. We usually get an interior cabin. Last cruise I couldn't find an accessible cabin at all so I called and talked to a CVP, and he got me an accessible balcony cabin and we only paid for an interior since there was no more accessible cabins left they had to bump us up to the next available accessible for the price of what we were looking for.

Are you trying the website or the app? Do you have either of the packages (ie Plus or premier?). Maybe that has something to do with it.
