On Royal now. They already did Finish The Lyrics on this cruise. Has anyone heard of this “The Lost Volume”? Do they just mean older, more obscure stuff?

We are on the Symphony evenhanded it repositions to Barcelona on early March. But then there are no cruises scheduled until early April. Is that just a deep clean/update? I don’t see that it is scheduled for refurbishment.

We just got off Allure yesterday. We always bring a 12 pack of waters. This is the first time the porters said we can’t check them with luggage, so we carried them on.

We cruise every Christmas. Just FYI, this year the Mariner itinerary covers both Christmas and NYE.

Just got off the Allure yesterday. Two “wear your best” nights. I choose formal because I don’t get to dress up at home. Really, not too many other places in life where I can wear a full length gown. On one of the nights I changed into atheistic wear for dancing. I noticed most people that dress up (formal or semi formal) change after dinner. I’d estimate that 10% were formal those nights and 30% were semi formal. The other 60% were casual. So basically wear what you want and you won’t stand out any way. Also good to know for the Allure- a white night and a 70s party. I brought a tie-dye dress and got lots of compliments but not as many as a fellow passenger who was in head to toe sequins with a blond wig. She was very festive.

My 12 year old noticed this. I guess they got a little ahead of themselves with the previously planned amp of the Allure.

Hi, Looking at the Odyssey for Christmas with a 12 year old. We have not done any Quantum class ships. I’m looking at the amenity lists online but I’d love opinions from others that have done the Oasis class and then tried Odyssey. We’ve done 4 Oasis class ships in the last 3 years. Thanks.

I was worried that we’d be early but we were right on time. They don’t board by time at all. Our “group” was “11, 11:30, 12, 12:30”. Everyone together. They’d already closed 10:30 so we got stuck with everyone with check ins up to 1pm. Now we sit and wait. Massive crowds. No covid spacing. So very different than Miami where we usually just walk on. On the bright side, if you have a later check-in time you can come back early because no one checks or cares.

We never got a response from the company but the tests showed up two weeks later. We tested on Thursday and board today. Thankful we won’t have to do this for our next trip.

We still have to test for RC leaving Saturday. Based on recommendations from this board, we ordered test kits from Rapidtestandtrace two weeks ago. When they didn’t arrive after the promised 6 biz days we tried to contact them. There is no number on the website. The live chat doesn’t work. No one has returned our messages. I’m afraid it’s too late to order tests from another company and I don’t want to spend a hundreds times 3 people for Walgreens or CVS. Any ideas??

Do to our travel schedules and adding this cruise at the last minute, we will be arriving at the port early. Since this is a last minute cruise we aren’t scheduled to check in until 3pm. It doesn’t make sense for us to add an extra stop rather than going straight to the doc. Will they really make us wait for 4 hours at boarding? If so, I probably won’t be doing last minute cruises again. We are emerald if that matters.
