  1. A Carnival offer showed up on my card today. $150 back if you spend $750. B
  2. Ironically received Conditional Approval of my Global Entry renewal this week. It took 12 months. Required an interview for the renewal. Found an opening for an interview in Austin available on Sunday. About a 2 hour drive from where I live. I want to get it done because I return from Vancouver in May. Don't want any issues. At least I'll be set for a few years. B
  3. Hi, Lisa I'd love to start with a Cosmo. Then have the Ceasar followed by Beef Wellington. Skip dessert, but have cappuccino with a side of Baileys...or two. 😊 B
  4. I am experiencing a lengthy delay with my Global Entry renewal. It expired in June of 2023. I processed the renewal in March of 2023. It is still showing "Pending Review" I understand benefits have been extended by 24 months. Hopefully it will still work when I fly in late April/early May. A bit frustrated. B
  5. I feel lucky! Have the Premier package and booked 2 evenings in the Crown Grill via the App. Credit card was not charged. B
  6. I am now very confused. I received the Cremation Certificate. It states that the remains are in a container properly sealed in a plastic bag which contains a round metal ring tag with the numbers XXXX. That is correct. So, when do you transfer the ashes from the existing container identified on the Cremation Certificate to the biodegradable urn for the burial at sea? Any suggestions or help is appreciated. B
  7. I am glad I read this thread. My husband actually passed away a few years ago. I am just now making arrangements to spread his ashes. I had no idea there is a "Cremation Certifiate". I contacted the Mortuary that performed the service and they are emailing it to me. Thanks to everyone. This is a very special thread. B
  8. My husband passed away from non-COVID related issues during the pandemic. He was an avid scuba diver in earlier days and I plan to spread his ashes in or around Cozumel this year, We also loved sailing to Alaska. After reading your post, I might very well do both. B
  9. Has anyone inquired about an ashes release in Canadian/Alaskan waters sailing from Vancouver? I wonder where it would be allowed. B
  10. Unfortunately, my experience was problematic. Without going into detail, I will say I would not purchase again. Ultimately, the cruise credit was applied. It just took a lot of follow up and effort, B
  11. Princess also announced serving Nolan Ryan steaks/beef onboard. B
  12. Just noticed a Princess offer on my American Express Blue Cash Everyday card. Spend $700 or more, get $175 back. Specifics are outlined on the offer, if available with your card. B
  13. Thanks for the information about the NCL offer. I might be interested. When I was checking on it, I noticed a new Marriott offer. Spend $250 get a $100 credit. Might help with a pre-cruise stay. B
  14. Good Evening When I research travel insurance policies, I look for an "Advance Payment" clause which specifies the insurance company will provide advance payment (directly to the Provider) necessary for admission to a hospital or clinic. B
