We are on this cruise. The Moments magazine said Alan Hawkins is the captain up until Dec 18th. No mention of who will replace him after this date.

Might be resolved by October. Think they will be back to square one come December when Arvia and it’s 5000+ Passengers comes into service 😬

Going on a 35 day cruise on The Ventura in December one of our ports of call will be Barbados. They still need proof of negative result. Guessing unless this changes by then, we will still need to test on board. Things are vague with Guadeloupe and their requirements too.

They can only thinly staff the fleet they have . Venues are closed. Service reduced. And yet in December Arvia comes into service with 5000 passengers. How on earth are they going to staff it and continue to service the rest of the ships. I think it’s going to be complete shambles.

Slightly worried We are on Ventura in December on a 35 day cruise . . Arvia maiden voyage is in December . If they can’t staff their present ships in service and having to close speciality restaurants passengers currently on board are reporting pools are drained and netted over . Where are they going to pull the staff for Arvia Taking in mind the Amount of passengers 5200 I’m hoping we aren’t sailing with services cut back even more.🤔.
