  1. We tried to see "The Woz" when he spoke in the theater but it was totally packed and even standing room at the back was a zoo. I'm not an "Apple" guy and have never had any form of fondness for Steve Jobs but The Woz is a "real" guy and contributed so much to computing. He's one of the real heroes of the computer revolution.
  2. We use air tag holders that cover the info on the rim of the Medallions. Never been asked to remove them.
  3. Not "fightin' words" for me but I do definitely tend to enjoy the sea days more than the port days.
  4. Grand Princess, the oldest ship in the fleet, has USB A ports on the bedside lamps.
  5. We must be the only people in existence who don't really have a problem with the automagic lights. Yes, the ones under the nightstands are annoying but we just drop the bolster in front of them and the problem is solved. A small piece of painter's tape works well also if you have some. The ones in the closet area don't cause us undue problems. I have more of an issue with the dang things turning off when I'm trying to get into the safe for something. Yes, I prefer to be able to simply use a switch but it's not an earth shaking issue.
  6. Sad. Truly sad. I've never had a "real" omelet on a Princess ship. Then again, what passes for hash browns is also pathetic. The "hash browns" at McDonald's are better.
  7. I substitute Bourbon. Much better than the stupid desserts. As for cake...Bah! (The best "cake" is PIE!)
  8. 100 Mile An Hour Tape...
  9. Inside Info: Princess is installing a dunk tank at PE and JP will be the one on the hot seat.
  10. Burning Question: How much should I tip if I ask for salted butter??? 🙄
  11. I take it this is in response to the use of the term "Duck Tape". The original item actually was named Duck Tape for the fact that it was made of "canvas duck" cloth. The more modern term Duct Tape is a weird misnomer as the tape is not rated as something to actually use for duct work.
  12. That's the only one I've seen listed for sale on Princess. For a NA beer I would vastly prefer Clausthaler but I don't believe it's an option.
  13. Coral as it's the only one of the group that can sail the old locks. Having done the old locks twice and the new locks once I definitely prefer the old locks and can't imagine having my first time through the canal being in the new locks.
