Problems retrieving booking from Carnival Website

This morning, I noticed that I could no longer retrieve my booking.

When I log in with my email address, I can see that it states 10 days before cruise. However, when I click on "Manage My Cruise", it will take me to "Welcome Aboard" page. I click "Access My Booking Now" and it will throw up a pop-up asking for booking number, name, birthday etc. When I enter this info, I get a "unable to retrieve your booking (error 9000). It used to work so what is happening. Has anyone else seen this issue.

At least, I have printed my booking info including the boarding passes.

Just checked their website again. It is no says "Oops the site is currently unavailable"

It appears that they are either fixing the website. hopefully all will be well later today.

Right now the site is down because I just tried to go in to check my account too. Says they are doing maintenance. Obviously they are working on whatever it was. I'm sure it will be up and running soon enough.

I just looked at mine, and 2 of my upcoming cruises are showing. I am still missing one though, my Oct. cruise out of N.O. :eek:

When I click on 'Manage My Cruise' I then get the option to click on 'Access Your Booking Now'. I fill in all my information & click 'Submit' & all it does is refresh the page!

I know I am entering the correct info as I have accessed my booking before, earlier this week.

.....and I can access my booking with no issue.

I just tried the "Manage My Cruise" way and that works too, although that is what I have had problems in the past with.

I just spoke with Carnival and was told that all Fantasy Class ship sailings are offline for some kind of maintenance. They should be back online by 9 Eastern time.

The website and booking appear to back online. Checked mine this morning and all is well again.

Thanks for the reassurance. I am going on the Inspiration in September and my inlaws wanted to go and I called Carnival and they told me it was either sold out or chartered. I was freaking out about the chartered comment. I was just getting ready to call back and get someone else.
