Tam from Smile tours in HCMC

Hello,
Has anyone used Tam from Smile tours in Ho Chi Minh city? I have heard a lot about the traffic being bad and being late to the cruise etc.. in Ho chi Minh City. Any thoughts?

Thanks.

Smile Tours

We used Smile Tours but our tour guide was Thi. Yes, traffic is unbelievable there but our pick up and drop off was on time and we saw all the sights as scheduled. Thi was excellent, professional, knowledgeable and saw to it our tour was top notch.

If you do a search here, you'll find lots of people have used Smile Tours. We used them last April/May and were very pleased. Our contact was also Thi. We stopped in HCMC on a Sunday, so traffic wasn't bad at all. Tours begin early in the morning, our's began at 7am. I arranged that we would be back way before the ship wanted us back.
