obtain tender ticket

Does anyone know the process on Carnival Splendor heading to Mexico to get the tender ticket for Cabo?

Where do they go and when do they go?

My parents will be on their first ever cruise by themselves and I always have priority so I don't know how to explain the process for getting a good number.

When they are ready to go, all they have to do is show up at the designated location and get a ticket and get in line. It should be posted in the Fun Times. To get a good number, they just need to show up early.

They will tell you where to go.

Have them check the Funtimes the night before when it’s delivered to the cabin. There are sometimes additional tender instructions delivered as well. If all else fails, they can also attend the Port Talk where they cover it in detail in the lounge prior to that Port Day. No worries though, all of it will be listed in their Funtimes, and they even have it broadcasted on one of the TV Channels. We’ve even gone to Guest Services because we left the Funtimes (back in the stone ages before it was on the app) and forgot the instructions, and they’ve helped us. Your parents will be in great hands. [emoji1]
