Workouts

Cycling Class- Mon, Wed, Sat

Weights- Tuesday, Thursday or Friday, Sunday

 

More Active:

Taking stairs more often

Walk breaks at work

Playing Wii with Son

Arms Curls or hoola hoop during commericals

Walking on treadmill or riding stat bike while watching TV

 

Eating:

Following Weight Watcher plan

 

Accountability:

Friday WI

Share WI results with 2 friends weekly AND Hubby.

 

Rewards:

Getting Healthy, More Energy, looking better, feeling better.

Every 5 lbs lost= Shopping, will purchase items like, lipgloss, shoes, shirts, dresses.
