Cruise Personaliser not working???

Has anyone been able to log on to their cruise personaliser? I tried yesterday and today. I emailed P & O but have had no reply. Hope our Dawn cruise is still ok.

I just managed to get on fine with both booking references. Have you tried clearing your internet cache and cookies? Tools>Internet Options>Browsing History.

Yes, it's working now, I have to learn not to worry. Can't help it when our cruise has now become the very first one for the Dawn. Ah well, if it happens that it's cancelled then we'll certainly have a good Christmas!

HOWSTHIS, you have to say Pacific Dawn or PD...or the Princess Cruisers sneaking about on here will think you mean Dawn Princess (DP).

So repeat after me.. Pacific Dawn - RP, 100 times !!
