What kind of menu does Carnival offer at their supper club

I will be on the Glory 10/28 and was wondering what kind of menu would be offered at the resturant that charges.

there is a menu for the Carnival Spirit I think it is called the Nuveuo menu it is the same menu as the Glory I was on last year and the food is well worth the extra charge also you can see menus listed on cruiseclues and get a feel for what night you want to go :)

The dessert menu is a bit diffrent and they no longer offer the crab claws.
