Just to say we have travelled in D226 on the grand class ships.

I thought the same regarding the deck plans. But in reality the door and cabin is in line with the other cabins. However we experienced some vibration and noise we were not sure what is located in the void in front of the cabin. Personally We wouldn't book this cabin again. Having said that it is very close to the front lift and stairs.

This information is from another thread concerning d226 staterooms. Sorry couldn’t properly quote the thing.

Hello, I just found your post about D226.

I was just assigned that cabin for our Med cruise and hopefully you can share your thoughts on that cabin,

Thank you

This thread is 10 years old. The OP should be just getting home from a cruise on the Koningsdam. EM
