  1. Hello, I just received a letter that my May 22 cruise is cancelled. I plan on filling out the refund form on the dates that they told me I could apply for the refund. my Question is, once I fill out that form, will I get confirmation from NCL that they received the phone? Thank you
  2. I didn't even think of that. I had a call into them now. Thank you.
  3. This may be a nonsense question: I purchased a policy through Travel Insurance International for a cruise that I just cancelled in April for a future cruise credit. What happens to the insurance that I paid for? I assume that I lose it. TY
  4. I did cancelled with my TA, took 10 minutes. TY for all the advice 🙂
  5. I used a travel agent to book my cruise, which I will be cancelling for a FCC. Do I have go call NCL, or can I call my travel agent directly? ty 🙂
  6. I just called NCL to see about cancelling for a future cruise credit. Our cruise is April 17th . I was told that they are only doing that for cruises leaving 60 days out or more...I was a little surprised, considering the problem we are having is now....
  7. Thank you!! We are thinking of going in June 🙂
  8. Thank you so much!! It looks like I have a lot of research and decisions to make!! 🙂
  9. I'm not new to NCL, I am a platinum member but have always cruised to Bermuda. Thinking of booking a cruise to Alaska next year and I am looking for any and all insight I can get regarding the voyage regarding which ship and itineraries are the best!! Also looking for what time of year is best!! Thank you in advance 🙂
